VDC Manager I

Mid-level VDC Manager I responsible for BIM coordination, leading BIM/VDC processes, and coordinating with project teams and trade partners. Must have advanced BIM skills (Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Procore, Rhino), experience in BIM coordination, clash detection, and managing coordination efforts from design through early construction phases. Will independently manage BIM processes, run BIM kickoff meetings, create and review VDC guides, and support RFI generation and schedule coordination. Must possess a bachelor’s degree in architecture, civil/mechanical engineering, construction management, or BIM-related field and 5+ years of commercial construction experience in a BIM/VDC role. Salary range $97,200 to $121,500 annually, with potential additional compensation and benefits; travel/relocation as needed.
