Job Summary
Develop and apply 3D, 4D, 5D, 6D, and 7D model-based workflows across pursuits, preconstruction, construction, and turnover. Create site logistics, sequencing, and safety models while generating clash reports and running trade coordination meetings to resolve RFIs and issues. Perform design model quality control reviews, support vendor management, and track the impact of design changes and delays on digital delivery. Execute field-facing digital workflows including digital layout, laser scanning, drone site capture, and as-built verification. Proactively integrate scan data into project workflows for quality control and turnover readiness, while providing training on Digital Engineering tools to project teams.
Required Qualifications
- 4-year degree in an accredited industry related curriculum
- 1-5 years of VDC related design and/or construction experience
- Ability to read and understand contract documents and drawings, to navigate 3d models, and to identify different building systems
- Competency with the following applications: Procore, Autodesk Suite, Microsoft Office, and Bluebeam at a minimum
- Must be able to travel
