Job Summary
Manage Virtual Design & Construction and digital delivery across multiple large, complex projects in the Mission Critical vertical. Develop site logistics, sequencing, and safety models while creating clash reports and running trade coordination meetings to resolve issues. Perform design model quality control reviews, execute field-facing workflows including digital layout, laser scanning, and drone capture, and integrate scan data to support quality and turnover readiness. Track design changes, RFIs, and scope impacts on project delivery, collect and report digital performance metrics, and provide training on Digital Engineering tools. Maintain relationships with internal teams, design partners, and vendors while supporting construction technology pilots. Requires 1-5 years of VDC experience and competency with Procore and the Autodesk Suite. Must be able to travel.
Required Qualifications
- 4-year degree in an accredited industry related curriculum
- 1-5 years of VDC related design and/or construction experience
- Ability to read and understand contract documents and drawings, to navigate 3d models, and to identify different building systems
- Competency with the following applications: Procore, Autodesk Suite, Microsoft Office, and Bluebeam at a minimum
- Must be able to travel
