Job Summary
Lead Virtual Design and Construction activities as the Model Manager for assigned projects, preparing VDC guidelines and training personnel on BIM tools. Identify design conflicts, coordinate with subcontractors to develop models illustrating solutions, and manage model change control while updating as-built information. Assist in developing design phase schedules, preparing 4D simulations, and defining scopes of work to issue RFIs through field staff. Manage model coordination meetings, document project VC minutes, and publish coordinated models to Procore. Support construction coordination, QAQC field rough-ins, and compile closeout information as outlined by the Owner/Client.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience on construction projects in a role such as Drafter, Field Engineer, Project Engineer, or equivalent
- A relevant college education
- Proven ability to read, interpret, and understand construction plans and specifications
- Demonstrated proficiency and hands-on experience with VDC software, including but not limited to Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Desired Qualifications
- FAA Part 107 sUAS (drone) license
