VDC Coordinator

Job Summary
As a VDC Coordinator, you will be responsible for communicating changes of BIM standards to project teams, creating BIM-related policies, maintaining users and permissions within CDEs such as BIM 360, setting up folder structures, and verifying vendor models. You will conduct interdisciplinary clash detections, identify opportunities for custom applications, and work inclusively with discipline leads to maintain project consistency. A Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management is required, alongside extensive experience in Revit and professional knowledge in BIM360. Advanced English proficiency is essential.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in Revit
- 2+ years professional experience in BIM360/ACC
- Knowledge and experience in Navisworks and Autodesk Docs
- Proficient in Autodesk and Microsoft products
- Knowledgeable in 3D coordination with all trades
- Knowledge of construction processes and procedures
- Understanding of basic computer skills (ex. folder structure, emails & attachments, keyboard shortcuts)
- Advanced English is a must
