VDC Coordinator

Job Summary
The VDC Coordinator will oversee the implementation of Building Information Modeling (VDC) regionally, providing full support for ongoing projects, preconstruction estimating, and pursuing new work. Key responsibilities include managing the coordination process on projects, resolving design issues, generating clash detection reports, and distributing coordinated digital documents to project teams. Candidates should possess strong interpersonal skills, proficiency in Autodesk software, and a bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Experience with VDC systems and a commitment to safety and continuous process improvement are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in construction or architectural field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Background/industry experience with architectural design, engineering and/or MEP systems
- Experience and working knowledge with VDC systems
- Proficient in Autodesk Suites, AutoCAD, AutoCAD MEP, Revit and/or Navisworks, Sketch Up, MS Office Suite

- AGC CM-VDC Certification
- Autodesk Certifications
