Job Summary
Looking for an experienced VDC (BIM) Specialist with at least 2 years of experience in 3D modelling of mechanical and plumbing systems using Autodesk software packages. Role involves creating detailed fabrication and installation drawings while coordinating with engineers and contractors.
Required Qualifications
- 2 or more years of experience with installation or 3D modelling of mechanical or plumbing systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical literature and plans
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Self-management and organizational skills
Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Proficiency in Autodesk Fabrication CADMEP
- Proficiency in Autodesk Navisworks
- Knowledge of BIM related software
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
