Job Summary
Hands-on VDC Designer who thrives in a production-focused environment, leveraging Revit-based MEP modeling to produce 3D models and shop drawings, own model production, and coordinate across multi-discipline teams on mission-critical data center projects. Will interpret design drawings, raise RFIs, support clash detection and issue resolution, interface with external design teams and contractors, and ensure deliverables meet project requirements and deadlines while building coordination experience on large-scale projects.
Required Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in VDC, BIM, or related modeling roles
- Strong, hands-on Revit experience (daily production required)
- Navisworks for clash detection and coordination workflows
- Experience with MEP modeling and multi-discipline coordination
- Experience working in collaborative model environments with multiple linked models
- Ability to read and interpret MEP design drawings and apply design intent
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills working with internal teams and external partners
