Job Summary
Senior Director, KBO (Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and Oman) leads sales and delivery of high-impact consulting projects in the GCC, managing client engagements and proposing new work while shaping the consulting practice strategy. Responsibilities include leading planning and delivery of solutions, identifying opportunities for new client work, developing proposals, deploying key capabilities (e.g., GenAI, Open Banking), coordinating with GCC Digital and Strategy leaders, managing project economics and risk, driving talent recruitment and development, and spending significant time on-site in KSA (4–5 days/week) with visits to Bahrain and Oman as required. Requirements include 15+ years in financial services consulting, proven business development and delivery experience, change management leadership, strong communication and relationship skills, MBA preferred, and willingness to travel across the GCC. Fluency in English is mandatory, Arabic highly preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 15 years of experience in a financial services consulting role
- Proven experience in business development and project delivery for a consulting business
- Experience driving large-scale change management initiatives in a consulting or practitioner capacity
- Local, regional and global experience in financial services strongly desired
- Ability to develop strategies and activities to increase effectiveness of programs based on performance
- Excellent communication, storytelling and presentation skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Relationship management with senior internal and external stakeholders
- Group facilitation and presentation skills
- Degree qualification (MBA preferred)
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently and work on client site across GCC
- Fluency in English; Arabic highly preferred
