VC Operator

Perform assembly and testing activities in accordance with Operational Method Sheets, work instructions, and quality standards. Identify and troubleshoot basic process, material, or equipment issues to minimize downtime. Maintain clean, organized, and safe workstations by following 5S principles and performing routine maintenance of test fixtures and tools. Achieve daily production targets while ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and manufacturing procedures. Support Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives while carrying out additional duties as assigned. This role requires willingness to work rotating shifts, overtime, weekends, and public holidays. Based in Penang, Malaysia, you will collaborate with international colleagues on innovative plasma control technologies for memory chips and touch screens.
