Job Summary
Answer web customer inquiries regarding new or used vehicles, understanding their needs to convert them into dealership visits. Achieve and exceed VBDC objectives for customer service standards, sales targets, call duration, and other metrics while demonstrating professionalism in phone and email interactions. Perform duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. Requires bilingualism in English and French, minimum three years of sales experience, and automotive industry expertise. Role involves cross-functional collaboration and flexible hours with evening and weekend availability.
