Job Summary
Oversee teller staff and manage all transactions, including approving checks exceeding limits, processing deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments. Balance currency and coin, reconcile cash items, and ensure adherence to check-cashing and security policies. Provide training on the ITI Teller Platform, image capturing machines, and customer service standards while maintaining dual control procedures. Assist with scheduling, performance reviews, and monthly audits. Protect bank assets and customer information, monitor holds for Reg CC compliance, and facilitate communication between main and auto banks.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalency
- Ten key proficiency
- Previous personal/computer experience
- Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service
- Good interpersonal/team skills with ability to develop effective working relationships
- Possess a complete working knowledge of loss prevention and security policies and procedures
- Adhere to dual control procedures as defined by management
- Balance assigned cash/currency as defined by policy
- Process cash differences by end of next business day
- Adhere to Bank's maximum cash limits
- Oversee transfer of cash to/from Auto Bank, other institutions, and Fed
Desired Qualifications
- 1-2 years teller/cash handling experience
- Previous recent experience using ITI Teller Platform
