VAULT TELLER

Oversee all teller staff and functions including approving transactions exceeding check-cashing limits and ensuring adherence to policies. Perform basic paying and receiving duties such as cashing checks, handling deposits, processing mail and night depository transactions, and balancing currency and coin. Train new tellers on the ITI Teller Platform and image capturing machines while maintaining high customer service standards and quality controls. Assist with scheduling, performance reviews, and monthly/quarterly audit reviews to ensure accurate reconciliation of cash items and teller differences. Adhere to dual control procedures and loss prevention policies while protecting bank assets and customer information.
