VAULT TELLER

Oversee teller staff and daily operations by approving transactions exceeding check-cashing limits, ensuring adherence to policies, and maintaining high customer service standards. Perform basic paying and receiving duties including cashing checks, handling deposits, processing mail and night depository transactions, and balancing currency and coin. Manage vault security, reconcile cash items, monitor holds, and assist with monthly audits while training new tellers on the ITI Teller Platform and image capturing machines. Balance cash ins and outs, process foreign currency, and adhere to dual control procedures. Full-time role with on-call rotation; requires high school diploma, ten-key proficiency, and one to two years of teller experience.
