Involve clients in household activities daily while offering personal attention and listening support. Maintain a flexible schedule between 9:00 and 18:00 hours, Monday through Friday, with availability of 2–24 hours per week. Use personal transport such as a car, scooter, or bicycle to travel between clients. Speak and understand Dutch, and possess the empathy and responsibility to create a genuine home atmosphere.
