Job Summary
Assist servers in providing quality food and beverage service to guests, courteously and efficiently, while maintaining table, service area, and equipment cleanliness. Stock all necessary wares and equipment for service and ensure compliance with daily operational procedures, food safety standards, and hotel specifications. Communicate with general management, department managers, supervisors, and staff regarding operational needs. Work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts. Bilingual English/Spanish ability is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
- Previous guest relations and/or training.
- Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers to their understanding.
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
- Knowledge of local activities and attractions appropriate for clientele.
