Job Summary
Lead daily shift operations and care coordination for the vascular diagnostic services team to ensure high-quality patient care. Provide direct patient care as a licensed vascular technologist, acting as a technical resource for the interdisciplinary team. Monitor clinical documentation within the EHR to maintain regulatory compliance and quality improvement. Oversee orientation and training for vascular diagnostic services associates to support staff development and operational impact. Evaluate staff performance and workflow progress to ensure safety and efficiency in a fast-paced vascular department.
Required Qualifications
- Licensure/Certification/Registration:
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date.
- Cardiographic Tech specializing in Vascular Interpretation credentialed from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
- Radiologic Technologist specializing in Vascular Interpretation credentialed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
- Sonography Tech specializing in Vascular Sonography credentialed from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
