Job Summary
Conduct standard vascular surgery cases in an outpatient setting with weekday 8am to 5pm hours, including some night and weekend call. Maintain board certification or true board eligibility and hold an active Illinois license. Utilize Epic for electronic medical record documentation. Credentialing must be completed within 60 days. This locum tenens opportunity is based in The Forest City, Rockford, just outside the Chicago metro area. AMN Healthcare provides malpractice insurance, competitive pay, and handles all travel and lodging logistics for the contractor.
