Job Summary
Fellowship-trained vascular surgeon sought for a full-time role in Boise to join a high-performing, three-surgeon vascular program within a multispecialty group. The practice includes advanced open and endovascular techniques, oversight of a non-invasive vascular lab, and participation in expanding a regional vascular referral center. The position supports a 24/7 vascular call team, operates in a modern Hybrid OR with Philips technology, and entails co-management with hospital administration. A preference for RPVI credential is noted. Must hold an MD or DO with completed vascular residency/fellowship and ABS certification, and possess Idaho (and Oregon) medical licensure with privileges at SAMG facilities; relocation incentives and sign-on are provided. Hours are traditional Monday–Friday with shared call (1:4).
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree
- Successful completion of an ACGME accredited vascular surgery residency/fellowship
- ABS certification in vascular surgery or CSQ eligible within 3 years of employment
- Current, unrestricted full license in Idaho and Oregon
- DEA registration and board eligibility/granting privileges at SAMC-Boise
