Vascular Surgeon

Vascular Surgeon needed for an independent boutique within a vascular surgical and general surgical practice in North Central FL. Responsibilities include treating varicose/spider veins and vascular conditions, performing clinic and hospital-based care, with 1-2 clinic days per week and 1 day per week for OBL/vein procedures, plus 7-10 days per month of call coverage. Partnership eligible after 2-3 years. Employed position with full medical office support; work hours typically Monday–Friday with no nights or weekends. Procedures may include video-assisted and robotics; ASC setting with Allscripts EMR. Competitive base with production incentives, sign-on and relocation assistance (negotiable). Requires BE/BC in Vascular Surgery and Florida licensure or eligibility; prior surgical experience in 3-5 years. Benefits include PTO, holidays, 401k, profit sharing, and malpractice coverage.
