Job Summary
Cover in-clinic and call shifts for the Vascular Surgery program at Good Samaritan Hospital in Lafayette, Colorado. Provide PRN coverage to fill gaps in the Front Range region, with opportunities for shifts at the Level II Trauma Center. Maintain active, unobstructed Colorado medical licensure and hold ABMS board certification in Vascular Surgery, along with BLS and DEA. Complete Intermountain Health's credentialing process and possess a minimum of two years of practice experience. Earn $287/hour plus $1,000 per 24 hours, with travel and accommodations reimbursed per policy.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine
- ABMS board certified in Vascular Surgery
- Active, unobstructed Colorado medical license, or the ability to obtain one
- BLS certification
- DEA
- Minimum 2 years of practice experience
- Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health's credentialing process
