Job Summary
Perform vascular ultrasound examinations to assess for vascular disease, analyzing test data to identify abnormalities and relaying findings to medical professionals in verbal and written formats. Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment, ensuring proper functioning and reporting technical issues to facilitate continuous patient care. Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to contribute to comprehensive care plans while delivering excellent customer service to patients, families, and colleagues. Requires Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) or Registered Vascular Sonographer (RVS) certification, one year of experience, and BLS certification. Sign-on bonus up to $10,000 available.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 year
- Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) from ARDMS
- Registered Vascular Sonographer (RVS) from CCI
- Registered Technologist Vascular Sonography (RT-VS) from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
- BLS (CPR)- American Red Cross
- AHA Healthcare provider
