Job Summary
The Vascular Sonographer will produce optimum scanning results using ultrasound for non-invasive vascular procedures. Responsibilities include scheduling ultrasound appointments, writing reports, filing, charging, and stocking rooms. The position requires a commitment to patient welfare, ensuring high-quality test results. Preferred qualifications include completion of two years of college coursework, RVT certification, and experience in vascular imaging.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum two (2) years college course work preferred
- Satisfactory completion of RVT certification examination and/or ARDMS to become a Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT)
- Minimum two (2) years of experience in vascular imaging preferred
