Job Summary
Vascular Sonographer – Full Time Days at Baptist Health. Provides inpatient and outpatient vascular imaging with 4 ten-hour shifts per week; includes call and weekend rotation and rotating holiday coverage. Performs vascular exams, records results for interpretation, and assists with data collection for statistical purposes. Must be a graduate of an allied health field program and be registered or eligible for RVT or RVS within specified timelines. BLS and CPR certification required; registry through ARDMS or CCI or equivalent accepted with timelines for certification. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an allied health field program
- Registered in RVT or RVS through ARDMS or CCI within required timelines
- BLS within 2 weeks of hire
- CPR certification required
- RVT or RVS eligibility within 3-9 months of hire (depending on prior registry)
- Associate Degree preferred
- Graduates from other ultrasound registries (RDMS-AB, RDMS, RDCS, RCS) must obtain RVT or RVS within 9 months of hire
