Vascular Sonographer (Float)

Perform a full range of non-invasive vascular ultrasound exams, including arterial, venous, carotid, and abdominal studies, following established protocols to support accurate clinical diagnosis. Review and evaluate all images for completeness and diagnostic quality before presenting them to the interpreting physician, ensuring significant findings are clearly documented and promptly communicated. Maintain ultrasound equipment in proper working condition, monitor supply inventory, and accurately enter exam information into the billing system daily. Provide ultrasound coverage at multiple clinic locations throughout Middle Tennessee as assigned by the Vascular Lab Director, rotating between sites based on staffing needs. Troubleshoot technical issues during scans and consult with referring providers to ensure appropriate exam performance. Maintain up-to-date knowledge in vascular ultrasound by completing CMEs and assist in training new staff members.
