Job Summary
Sell and service Medtronic Vascular products in an assigned South Dakota territory; develop new accounts and drive therapy adoption of the DCB, Atherectomy and full Peripheral Vascular product portfolio; plan and execute sales strategies to meet/exceed targets, train medical staff on products/procedures, and manage territory with a focus on ethics, compliance, and efficient expense management. Build relationships with key decision-makers, leverage contracts to drive high ASPs, and ensure coverage across accounts while traveling to customer sites and cath labs as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 6+ years experience OR Associate’s Degree AND 4+ years experience OR Bachelor’s Degree AND 2+ years experience
- Relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences
- Ability to travel extensively by car and plane; valid driver’s license and active vehicle insurance
Desired Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in B2B or Medical Device Sales
- 2+ years experience in Medtronic Clinical Specialist role
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher preferred
- Medical device sales experience preferred
