Job Summary
Fellowship-trained vascular medicine physician sought to join the Mass General Brigham Heart and Vascular Institute. The selected candidate will contribute to clinical, research, and educational missions, actively manage outpatient and inpatient vascular disease patients, supervise and mentor fellows in cardiology, vascular medicine, and endovascular medicine, and potentially hold an academic appointment at Harvard Medical School (Instructor, Assistant Professor, or Associate Professor) based on experience and achievements. The role encompasses both outpatient vascular medicine clinic duties at Mass General Hospital and satellite locations, with opportunities for continued clinical leadership, research involvement, and education within an academically affiliated health system.
Required Qualifications
- Fellowship trained in vascular medicine
- Board-certified in vascular medicine or cardiovascular medicine
- Extensive training in vascular disease
- Ability to manage outpatient vascular medicine clinic
- Experience supervising fellows in cardiology, vascular medicine, and endovascular medicine
- Academic appointment at Harvard Medical School may be Instructor, Assistant Professor, or Associate Professor
- Strong clinical and interpersonal skills
