Job Summary
Locum tenens interventional radiology position at an inpatient facility in Lafayette, IN. Schedule features 7 days on and 7 days off, with day shifts from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM EST and on-call coverage on weeknights and weekends. Responsibilities include performing 8-10 procedures daily, such as Y90 radioembolization, renal interventions, ablation, pulmonary thrombectomy and DVT thrombectomy, embolization, and portal vein interventions, using advanced interventional radiology equipment. Requires board certification in interventional radiology and an active medical license to practice in the United States. On-site patient care with nursing staff, medical assistants, and administrative support; PACS system and PowerScribe 4.0 in use. Government employment status: No.
Required Qualifications
- Board certification in Interventional Radiology
- MD or DO degree
- Current medical license to practice medicine in the United States
