Job Summary
Lead with purpose in providing detailed technical and clinical support for vascular products and procedures. Support sales reps with coverage for critical cases, primarily focusing on physicians requiring technical support for safe and effective use of vascular products. Educate customers on clinical results and efficacy of vascular therapies; conduct regular hospital/clinic visits, train customers through one-on-one sessions and in-service education, and support conferences. Collaborate with Clinical Service Manager, District Sales Manager, and sales reps to align with district sales strategy, manage inventory and execute Phase-In/Phase-Out activities for product launches. Build and strengthen relationships with stakeholders to drive adoption, pursue leads, assess needs, and address objections. Travel up to 50% domestically; must possess strong customer service, communication, and project management skills; familiarity with medical terminology and device industry preferred.
Required Qualifications
- H.S. Degree and 6+ years OR Associate degree and 4+ years OR Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience in healthcare, field sales support, personnel and performance management, project management, or work experience utilizing complex mathematics, mechanical concepts, science or computing
