Job Summary
Vascular Clinical Specialist provides detailed clinical and technical support for vascular products and procedures to physicians, nurses, and technicians, and supports sales reps with coverage for critical cases. Educates customers on clinical results and efficacy across the vascular portfolio (e.g., PAD, venous disease, embolization, carotid, fistula maintenance) and conducts regular calls to hospitals/clinics to drive product adoption. Delivers one-on-one training, in-service education, and conference support; coordinates inventory activities, including cycle counts, CA/IS, and Phase-In/Phase-Out of launches; builds long-term relationships with stakeholders and collaborates with sales to achieve business plans. Requires scheduling flexibility with up to substantial domestic travel, and travel readiness for hospital/clinic environments; strong interpersonal, communication, and project-management skills; proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. US work authorization sponsorship is limited to Principal-level roles and above; otherwise unrestricted US work authorization is required. Physical work involves mobility, computer use, PPE, and potential work in cath labs.
Required Qualifications
- H.S. Degree and 6+ years OR Associate degree and 4+ years OR Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience in healthcare, field sales support, personnel and performance management, project management, or work experience utilizing complex mathematics, mechanical concepts, science or computing
