Job Summary
Vascular Area Clinical Leader responsible for strategic clinical advisory support, leading priority customer engagements, and delivering education and evidence-based clinical and technical consultation. Partners with internal Solventum teams and customers to drive wound care clinical strategy, educate and upskill field and internal teams on clinical/technical consultative practices, and present data during priority customer engagements. Builds and maintains relationships with key healthcare customers to ensure loyalty and satisfaction; supports economic value discussions with evidence-based data; guides resource planning for conversions/evaluations; maintains clinical/technical relevance through ongoing learning and participation in professional associations; understands industry standards (e.g., ERAS, AAMI); travels up to 50% with Northeast focus to support field-based activities and customer education events.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher OR High School Diploma/GED with 8 years of healthcare experience in a hospital setting.
