Vascular and Thoracic Surgery Telemetry RN

Conduct comprehensive assessments, provide holistic nursing care, and notify physicians of significant changes. Develop, direct, and evaluate individualized care plans, including patient/family education and discharge planning. Prepare patients for procedures, implement physician orders, and ensure safety protocols, including medication administration. Reassess patient responses to interventions, adapt care to changing needs, and communicate with physicians for modifications. Utilize Bedside Shift Report to provide thorough patient updates and delegate tasks for seamless care transitions. Maintain a safe patient and work environment, promptly address hazards, and contribute to quality and patient satisfaction initiatives. Requires a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, at least one year of RN experience, and Texas RN licensure. Offers up to $10,000 in relocation assistance.
