Job Summary
Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Interventional Radiologist sought for a full-time, hospital-employed IR position in Lewistown, PA. The role focuses exclusively on Interventional Radiology with no diagnostic duties or after-hours call, offering a consistent 7-on/7-off schedule (7:30 AM–5:00 PM ET) and a growing IR program. Procedures include ablation, TIPS, thrombectomy for DVT, biliary and GU interventions, dialysis access and fistula work, and venous/arterial interventions, supported by on-site APPs, skilled technologists, and dedicated nursing staff. Mentorship, structured onboarding, ongoing education, CME access, conference support, and career development are provided. Ideal candidates are Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in IR, with new graduates encouraged to apply, and H-1B visa candidates welcome. Compensation starts at $596,000, with a $140,000 signing bonus, comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, PTO, CME allowance, and retirement options. Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine required; PA licensure in the state of Pennsylvania.
