Job Summary

Drive sales numbers for Vascular Access Safety IV Products by maintaining and growing current sales of Introcan Safety IV Catheters and assigned vascular access products to meet corporate growth objectives. Qualify new leads and advance the sales process by working with varying hospital sales specialties across Colorado, Nevada, Utah, Wyoming, Nebraska, and the surrounding territories. Maintain and grow the current sales of Introcan Safety IV Catheters and assigned Vascular Access products to meet corporate growth objectives. This role supports B. Braun Medical's mission to eliminate preventable treatment errors and enhance patient, clinician, and environmental safety through innovative infusion therapy and pain management solutions.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 02-04 years related experience
  • Applicable industry/professional certification
  • Regular and predictable attendance
  • Valid RN license
  • Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds
  • Must occasionally exert up to 40 lbs of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or 10 lbs of force constantly
  • Must occasionally climb stairs/ladders
  • Must occasionally stand

  • Must be fully vaccinated and/or immunized in accordance with Healthcare Customers' requirements (including COVID-19, Influenza, Hepatitis B Virus)
  • Must undergo a national criminal background check
  • Must undergo a drug screening
  • Must register with the vendor credentialing organization associated with Healthcare Customers
  • Must complete the Healthcare Customers' required process
  • Must present proof of requisite vaccinations and immunizations
  • Must be present and in-person at the physical site(s) of our customers and potential customers
  • Basic knowledge of relevant business practices and procedures in professional field
  • Knowledge of standard theories, principles and concepts
  • Ability to integrate theories, principles and concepts to propose a course of action
  • Ability to work under general supervision
  • Ability to rely on experience and judgement to plan and accomplish assigned goals
  • Ability to periodically assist in orienting, training, assigning & checking the work of other peers
  • Judgement required in resolving all day-to-day problems
  • Ability to contact department supervisors, leads, subordinates, and peers
  • Ability to have occasional contact with external contractors/vendors
  • Ability to consistently drive the sales number in Vascular Access Safety IV Products
  • Ability to maintain and grow the current sales of Introcan Safety IV Catheters and assigned Vascular Access products
  • Ability to work with varying Hospital sales specialties to qualify new leads and advance the sales process
