Vascular Access RN (24285)

Perform Peripheral IV (PIV), Midline, and PICC insertions while assessing patients to determine appropriate vascular access needs. Utilize ultrasound technology when clinically indicated and follow all infection prevention, sterile technique, and safety standards. Collaborate with facility nursing staff, medical providers, and leadership to ensure timely, efficient, and high-quality service delivery across the Houston/Beaumont market. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and provide timely responses to vascular access service requests. Maintain reliable attendance and communicate scheduling needs proactively. This role serves as the primary vascular access resource for assigned facilities within Advanced Primary Care Practice, an ancillary department of Cantex.
