Vascular Access RN (24284)

Perform Peripheral IV (PIV), Midline, and PICC insertions while assessing patients to determine appropriate vascular access needs. Utilize ultrasound technology when clinically indicated and follow all infection prevention, sterile technique, and safety standards. Collaborate with facility nursing staff, medical providers, and leadership to maintain professional communication and participate in quality improvement initiatives. Provide timely responses to vascular access service requests and ensure accurate clinical documentation and regulatory compliance across the Houston/Beaumont market. This role serves as the primary vascular access resource for assigned facilities within Advanced Primary Care Practice, an ancillary department of Cantex.
