Job Summary
Vascular Access Nurse (RN) for Indiana region delivering PICC, Midline, and PIV services directly to patients in skilled nursing facilities and private residences. Lead procedures with ultrasound-guided insertions, perform line declotting, coordinate with facility teams, and travel to region-based facilities in a provided company vehicle as part of a PRN team. Must hold Indiana RN license and have specialized vascular access experience. Strong autonomy, mobility, and the ability to manage daily caseload independently are key. Opportunity to transition into full-time roles or leadership as footprint expands.
Required Qualifications
- Current Indiana Registered Nurse (RN) License
- At least 1 year of recent clinical experience with PICC, Midline, PIV insertion, and declotting
- Experience with ultrasound-guided insertion highly preferred
- Mobility: valid driver’s license and clean driving record
