Job Summary
Conduct ultrasound-guided PICC, midline, and peripheral IV placements while utilizing ECG technology for tip confirmation. Assist with vascular access device management, including port access, line removal, and declotting, alongside educating facility nursing staff on CVAD protocols. Collaborate with clinical teams to resolve venous access issues across acute care, skilled nursing, and home healthcare settings. Travel to customer facilities three to four days per week, including weekends and holidays, with a company vehicle or mileage reimbursement. Requires current RN license, BLS certification, and USGIV experience; full-time roles include performance-based bonuses and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse with current license
- American Heart BLS Certification
- Experience in vascular access device (VAD) management, including care, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Experience placing ultrasound-guided IVs (USGIVs)
- Ability to work independently and fulfill scheduling requirements as indicated by job classification
- Valid driver's license, active auto insurance, and reliable transportation for travel to patient sites
- Must possess a smart phone
- Must LOVE vascular access
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of acute care RN experience
- Experience placing PICCs, midlines, or other vascular access devices using ultrasound
- Prior vascular access or PICC experience preferred
