Job Summary
Obtain and review assignments with the Procedural RN, then provide hands-on care, maintenance, and site assessment for central line catheters, dialysis catheters, and midlines. Use aseptic technique to start peripheral IVs and maintain proper standards of care for PIV access and central utility. Perform sterile dressing changes and act as a circulator for procedures by monitoring start times, maintaining sterile fields, and transporting equipment. Assist in completing all documentation for patient charts and the main office EMR while communicating changes with the primary care nurse and on-site RN. This role requires an active NC LPN license, HIPAA/HITECH compliance, and the ability to lift 50lbs repetitively. Candidates must have reliable transportation for potential driving distances over 60 miles to satellite facilities. Schedule includes four 10-hour shifts per week with rotating weekend requirements. Pay ranges from $28.00 to $32.00 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Active NC LPN license in good standing
- HIPAA/HITECH compliance
- Completion of drug screen and background check
- Adherence to Company policies and procedures
- Ability to lift and move 50lbs repetitively
- Reliable transportation, may include driving distances of over 60 miles to client satellite facility
- Completion of all required modules, credentialing paperwork, and skills assessment
- Ability to comply with all rules concerning vaccinations against COVID-19
- Ability to provide proof of vaccination against COVID-19 before employment
- Right to legally work in the United States
- Ability to complete an I-9 form
