Required Qualifications
- College degree
- Evidence of lifelong learning and desire for continual development
- Experience in coaching and management of youth sports
- Understanding of physical, emotional, and mental development of students
- Demonstrated coaching success at the high school level or above
- A passion for mentoring student-athletes through sports and life
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and technological skills
- Knowledge coaching in a Christian school environment
- Experience leading a full program (middle and high school levels)
- Familiarity with college recruitment processes
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge and ability to perform the physical demands of overseeing and preparing facilities for practices and games
