Job Summary
Manage and coordinate practice and game schedules while attending all events. Understand and possess knowledge of sport rules and regulations, demonstrating respect and good sportsmanship at all times. Develop teamwork, encourage academic excellence, and supervise equipment, supplies, and uniform care. Coordinate with the Site Coordinator and Athletics Director to set guidelines, report injuries promptly, and ensure student athletes are signed in and out appropriately. Provide continuous supervision to student-athletes and perform other duties as assigned. This part-time, hourly position offers ongoing professional development and California sick time.
Required Qualifications
- Possess a current CPR/First Aid card
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Prior coaching experience
- Knowledge of sports rules and regulations
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

- Able to motivate and provide leadership that promotes positive attitudes and good sportsmanship
- Ability to work cooperatively with teachers and other staff personnel

- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Strong work ethic, accountability, and ownership of work
- Regular attendance, dependability and, punctuality in conformance with the standards
- Must be able to kneel, climb and reach with hands and arms above shoulder level
- Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds
- Must be able to bend, sit, stand, squat, stoop, walk, push, pull, and reach with hands and arms at shoulder level or below
- Must be able to wear the appropriate safety equipment for the task
