Job Summary
Lead the Varsity Football program by providing specialized instruction, managing game responsibilities, and overseeing player development and safety. Collaborate with the coaching staff and athletic department to ensure program continuity and clear communication with families while fostering a competitive, sportsmanlike team culture. Adhere to all safety, educational, and school district protocols during the 2026-27 season, which runs from August 10 through October. Maintain a competitive and supportive environment that helps athletes develop both on and off the field.
Required Qualifications
- Previous football experience, either through prior playing or coaching roles
- Strong knowledge of football rules, techniques, and strategies
- Must hold a valid CPR/AED Certification and complete all mandatory NFHS courses
- Must have the ability to attend all practices and games
- Must be available for weekend shifts
