Job Summary
Lead and design the varsity cross country program, overseeing athlete conditioning, race preparation, and meet-day logistics. Build a competitive, spiritually grounded team culture; collaborate with the Athletic Director on scheduling, travel, and program development; monitor student-athlete academic standing and eligibility; maintain clear, timely communication with parents, school staff, and administration. Requires alignment with the Catholic mission; candidates should possess strong interpersonal, organizational, and motivational skills; a diocesan background check and Safe Environment training are required. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred; prior coaching or competitive running experience strongly preferred; diocesan background check and Safe Environment training.
