Job Summary
Swampscott High School seeks Varsity Coaching applicants for multiple fall, winter, and spring seasons. Responsibilities include game and practice preparation/coaching, administrative duties, team evaluation and selection, equipment management, overseeing sub-varsity coaches, and representing the school at league meetings. Requires strong coaching knowledge, outstanding communication skills, and adherence to CORI/background checks. Salary aligned with Schedule B Athletic Pay Scale. Coaching roles span multiple varsity sports with competitive expectations across seasons.
Required Qualifications
- Previous coaching experience required.
- MIAA/NFHS Coaches Certifications preferred.
- CPR, First Aid, AED, and Concussion Course required.
