Job Summary
Varsity Assistant Swim Coach to instruct student-athletes in swimming fundamentals, team tactics, and conditioning; assist in scheduling intramural and interscholastic contests and planning regular practice sessions; supervise safety, enforce conduct standards, and contribute to equipment planning and program development.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to pass criminal background check
- Valid drivers license
- Teaching certificate and experience preferred
- Must have knowledge of South Carolina High School League rules and eligibility
- Must possess excellent interpersonal skills
- Must have the ability to exercise good judgment, organize tasks, follow written and verbal directions, and communicate effectively
