Job Summary
Production Associate (Multi-Skilled) performs welding (MIG/TIG), spray foam insulation, framing, finish-out, electrical, plumbing, grinding, painting, and forklift operation across multiple production areas to support schedules and ensure quality. Must interpret welding blueprints and diagrams, inspect welds, apply insulation, assemble structural frames, install interior finishes, wire electrical components, install plumbing fixtures, grind and finish metal surfaces, and paint/coatings as required. Requires versatility, adaptability, and a strong safety/quality focus; shift is 3:30pm–12:30am; located in Rhome, TX (US).
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in manufacturing or construction
- Proficiency in multiple production skills
- Ability to read blueprints/diagrams/work instructions
- Forklift certification and experience preferred
- Welding techniques knowledge
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Physical stamina to lift and move heavy materials
- Commitment to safety and quality
