Job Summary
Deliver personalized, one-on-one care to children with medical complexities in their homes, including management of trach, ventilator, and g-tube needs. Provide specialized nursing support for patients ranging from toddlers to young adults across various shifts, including days, evenings, nights, and weekends. Complete hands-on training in ventilator, trach, and g-tube care while accessing 24/7 support from the dedicated team. Work with families to help children grow and thrive in the comfort of their own homes.
Required Qualifications
- RN or LPN
- Valid license (implied by RN or LPN requirement)
- Pediatric experience (preferred but listed under training/support context, treated as desired per 'is a plus')
- Willingness to learn
- Heart (soft skill)
- Available for Thursday & Friday 9-hour shifts
- Available for Saturday 16-hour shift
