Job Summary
Configure and troubleshoot Varicent performance management solutions to meet client business and technical requirements. Conduct consulting throughout the software implementation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, build, testing, and go-live phases. Capture and validate notes from client discovery sessions, then perform configuration and development tasks independently or under senior direction. Provide SIT and UAT test support while responding promptly to customer requests within specified timelines. Collaborate with clients, internal project teams, and senior members to solve complex problems and share knowledge. Own specific deliverables across any project phase while adapting communication styles for diverse stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of configuration experience within the Varicent Platform
- Experience with Varicent Calculations, Composer, Presenter, Workflow, and Reporting modules
- Exposure to ETL processes and data integration tools
- External client facing experience / prior consulting experience
- Advanced skillsets in excel / spreadsheet software
- Expert communication skills including writing, listening, and speaking
- Demonstrates the ability to solve complex problems

- Good knowledge on Compensation rules and underlying attributes mapping
- Respond promptly to customer requests and within requested timelines
- Adapt communication appropriately with client, leader, and project team
- Demonstrate a working knowledge of software development lifecycle
- Make meaningful contributions to requirements and design documentation
- Configure application per design specifications
- Collaborate with clients and internal project teams throughout implementation and support engagements
- Provide SIT / UAT Test phase support related to owned deliverables
