Job Summary
Administer medications per Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment guidelines, verifying accuracy, documenting, reporting errors, and reordering supplies. Provide protective oversight by assisting residents, maintaining safe environments, redirecting disoriented individuals, monitoring visitors, and identifying hazards. Deliver social supervision through transport, ambulation, event attendance, mail delivery, and general socialization. Manage sanitation by performing resident laundry, cleaning areas, and ensuring safety supplies are maintained. Assist with personal care needs including bathing, dressing, and dining room preparation. Respond to radio, pager, and resident request systems. Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate ethical behavior consistent with Hilltop's values.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- six months of related work experience
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Colorado Identification Card
- Tuberculosis (Tb) Skin Test
- N95 Mask Fit Test
- Influenza Vaccination
- Any other required vaccination
Desired Qualifications
- Qualified Medication Administration Personnel (QMAP) Certification
- CPR Certificate/First Aid Certificate
- De-Escalation Training
