Job Summary
Variable Compensation Specialist responsible for managing worldwide territory assignments for Gartner sales teams, distributing leads to Sales Executives, maintaining territory hierarchies in Client Connect, and performing lead research and validation to ensure accurate territory mapping and data quality. Requires evaluating research on company location, industry, revenue, subsidiaries; assigning leads to Gartner Sales Executives; monitoring regional lead queues and email inboxes; handling territory change requests while adhering to corporate policies and engagement rules; and providing insights to senior analysts on system issues and performance. Ideal candidate is a proactive, data-driven communicator with strong analytical skills, cross-functional collaboration ability, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Hybrid work environment in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 2-3 years business experience
- Strong analytical skills with ability to identify potential issues/trends
- Strong customer service skills & ability to communicate effectively with a diverse client group
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Strong initiative & willingness to take on projects in a proactive manner
- Ability to prioritize workflow & meet required deadlines
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills & listening skills
- Flexibility
